Arrival — breathing & sleep. Effective July 5, 2026.
Arrival is built local-first: your breathing sessions, streaks, and notes live on your device. You can use the entire app without creating an account. This page explains the little data we do handle, in plain language.
Anonymous usage analytics. We use PostHog to understand how the app is used — for example, that a session was started or completed, the technique, and its duration. These events are not linked to your name, email, or identity, and we do not track you across other apps or websites. We use this only to improve Arrival.
Account email (optional). If you choose to sign in, we store your email address with our database provider (Supabase) so you can access your account. Signing in also syncs your session history and notes to your account so they survive a device change. If you never sign in, none of this leaves your device.
With your permission, Arrival can save your completed breathing sessions to Apple Health as Mindfulness minutes. This is write-only: Arrival never reads any data from Apple Health, and what it writes stays in the Health app on your device under Apple's control — it is never sent to our servers. You can revoke access at any time in the iOS Health app (Sharing → Apps), or turn the feature off in Arrival's settings.
No location, no contacts, no advertising identifiers. Arrival never reads health data from your device. We show no ads and we never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Supabase hosts the optional account data. PostHog processes the anonymous usage events. Capgo delivers app content updates. Each receives only what is technically necessary (such as your IP address when your device connects to them) and acts as a data processor on our behalf.
Data stored on your device is removed when you delete the app. If you created an account and want it and its synced data deleted, email us and we will remove it.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
